A provider of public safety voice recording solutions is looking for a Verint Voice Recording Engineer.


  • Implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Verint Call Recorder
  • New integrations of Verint loggers with Cisco UCCE
  • Manage Cisco Contact Center platform including routing, reporting, CVP and UCM
  • Integration to 3rd party contact centers and data systems
  • Install, configure, and test hardware and applications based on design specifications, client environment, and solution topology.
  • Ensure platform interoperability, equipment/OS upgrades, and updates meet agreed upon hardware standards and manufacturer standard methodologies.


  • Hands-on support experience with call recording systems from Verint
  • Proficiency in server infrastructure and server-side application support, including maintenance, code upgrades, vulnerability patching, post-upgrade app validation, recorded call data integrity checks, system troubleshooting / infrastructure issues identification, and problem resolution / architectural improvement recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
